- Longevity of repairs on aging or compromised infrastructure
- Outcomes affected by factors beyond our control
No oral statements or representations shall modify these Terms.
Regulatory Compliance
Services are performed in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
You acknowledge that:
- Pre-existing violations are not the responsibility of Frontline Alarm
- Compliance upgrades may result in additional costs
- Work may be suspended or terminated if unsafe conditions are identified
Customer Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to service areas
- Secure occupants, pets, and personal property
- Disclose known hazards or risks
- Ensure proper authorization for requested services
- Maintain adequate property insurance
Frontline Alarm shall not be liable for damage resulting from unsafe conditions or customer negligence.
Site Conditions and Property Impact
You acknowledge that services may involve drilling, cutting, or other minor alterations, as well as temporary service interruptions.
Frontline Alarm is not responsible for cosmetic restoration or damage arising from structural deficiencies, environmental factors, or pre-existing conditions.
Customer-Supplied Equipment
For any equipment provided by the customer:
- No warranties are provided by Frontline Alarm
- We assume no responsibility for defects, incompatibility, or performance issues
- Labor charges apply regardless of equipment outcome
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frontline Alarm and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Accuracy of Information
While we endeavor to maintain accurate information, the Platform may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct or update content at any time without obligation.
